ADA Treehouse

We worked with Forever Young Tree houses, (which is now The Treehouse Guys). The Treehouse Guys were the designers, built our model, and helped us start to build our treehouse.  They are a company that specializes in creating universally accessible tree houses.

Their Web Site provides additional information, along with pictures of tree houses they have already created. They now have information about our tree house listed!

We would like to thank Rick and Jane Smith for their help with this project. They worked with Forever Young Tree houses to make this dream possible. They helped organize, plan, and generate funds for the tree house. We truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you to The Gravity Group for all of their support and assistance.

We would like to extend a special thank you to all who  donated to the tree house project. Without your support we could never have made make this dream a reality.

Primary Sponsors

Faith and Worship

These gatherings are a time for our participants to learn about and worship God in a beautiful and peaceful setting. They are a great way to get out of the church and enjoy celebrating faith in a different way. The services are presented by Pastor Dave Gullman from Pleasant View. We encourage anyone who is interested to attend alongside our participants. They are held at the camp at 7:00 on various Fridays throughout the year.

Currently Postponed until further notice.

Animal Care

It has long been established that animals have a unique and special way of touching the lives of persons with disabilities. We have a variety of animals here at the camp that we use to teach animal care. We incorporate this aspect of healing into Summer Day Camp as well as our Therapeutic Riding Program. Participants learn proper grooming and caretaking techniques as well as the appropriate way to treat our pets. Each animal is able to help in an exceptional way, whether it be through teaching responsibility, improving physical strength, helping someone overcome fears or just providing unconditional love. The animals we have here are an invaluable resource and we are fortunate to have the space to house such a wide variety of pets.
