Septic System Project

11/06/08
We hit water Friday October 24th at 9:55 a.m.  Water samples have been collected and taken to the state lab in Richmond. We are currently awaiting results before we can proceed further with this project.

We needed at least 10 gallons a minute to run the camp. We have that plus some! We are fortunate to have a very nice well.

... this reminds us why we call this God's Camp.

Description
This project will provide us with a well and septic system that will serve the entire facility. We are adding a commercial well that will provide running water to the entire facility. We also plan to add a drip septic system that will connect to bathrooms in several of our buildings. A maintenance shed will house a water treatment facility. The proposed project is a comprehensive system that will provide the infrastructure necessary to sustain the current facility and the additional facilities that are planned for the future.
