Application Information

Qualifications for Admission to Summer Sessions:

• Be classified as a person with mental retardation and/or physical disabilities.

• Be at least 8 years of age.

• Be toilet trained.

• Individuals who need to be restrained are not candidates for attendance at Camp Still Meadows. Individuals whose behavior is aggressive to the extent that he or she causes physical damage cannot be accepted at Camp Still Meadows. Locked areas are not available. Behavior of this type interferes with the safety and welfare of others and adversely affects their camping experience. Questions concerning this type of behavior should be referred to the Camp Director.

All campers are accepted regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, or sexual orientation.

Except as noted above, Camp Still Meadows is open to all children and adults with mental retardation and/or physical disabilities. Camp fees are listed below and may be paid by the individual camper, parent, guardian, organization, church, etc.

Receipt of this application does not automatically mean the sponsor or agent that previously paid for your camper will sponsor him/her this year. It is your responsibility to contact your camper's sponsor to determine if they will pay the fee for 2007.

One-week Fee (Monday-Thursday 9:00-3:00, Friday 9:00-2:00) . . . . . . . . . $150.00

Refund Policy

The $15.00 deposit is non-refundable. In the event a camper is unable to attend, the balance will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least one (1) week prior to the session scheduled. Camper reservations made but not used will be billed unless cancelled as above.
